An said she met West during a casting process connected to a video shoot involving the artist and the band La Roux. She recalled being selected alongside two other models before being brought to a hotel location in New York City. According to her account, the other women were allegedly instructed to leave the room, leaving her alone with West.

She alleged that West smeared her makeup, placed his fingers in her mouth, and engaged in other unwanted physical contact. An also claimed that the encounter escalated further, alleging that West choked her during the incident.
