Bow Wow is set to reach another career milestone as his first-ever NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert will air ahead of the 2026 BET Awards, marking the series' first television broadcast.
NPR Music announced that Bow Wow will close its Black Music Month performance series, a celebration highlighting BET's enduring influence on Black music and culture. The special concert is scheduled to air on Sunday at 7:30 p.m. ET on BET, serving as the official lead-in to the 2026 BET Awards.
The performance adds another chapter to Bow Wow's decades-long career. After rising to fame as Lil Bow Wow, he became one of the defining young stars of the 2000s through chart-topping music, sold-out tours, hosting duties on 106 & Park, and roles in film and television.
By bringing Tiny Desk to television for the first time, the collaboration between NPR Music and BET celebrates two platforms that have played major roles in showcasing Black artists and their contributions to music.
