John "J-Dub" is a veteran music manager and entertainment industry executive with over two decades of experience building artist careers at the highest level. Beginning his career in artist management in 2000, he has secured DreamWorks film and TV placements, aligned artists with major lifestyle brand partnerships including Sean John and Def Jam, and worked with artists including Horace Brown, Black Rob, Cam'ron, Dave Hollister and Ruben Studdard. He recently closed a collaboration deal with Capitol Records focused on artist development and launched Bear Music Artist Security and Event Protection Services in August 2026. Guided by a philosophy built on loyalty, consistency and patience, J-Dub is focused on building long-term multi-dimensional brands that transcend music and impact global culture.
